Four years ago McEntire endured a painful and unwanted divorce from her husband of 26 years, Narvel Blackstock, her longtime manager and father of her son Shelby, now 29.

"We like to color-coordinate a little bit to where we don't clash," she says with a laugh.

"It's very important!" After her marriage ended, McEntire admits, she didn't expect to be this in sync with anyone ever again.
