Man Gets Even After Fence Dispute

A California man who was forced to lower his fence after a neighbour complained about its height found a unique way to get even. He filled his yard with naked mannequins and threw a garden party. His scene included a reserved seating note for the “nosy neighbour” who complained to the city about the bylaw infraction.
