First warm a large, wheat tortilla on a hot, dry pan for 20 seconds on each side.
首先,把一张大的小麦玉米粉圆饼放在一个热的干锅里加热20秒。
This makes it easy to work with.

Place your tortilla on a clean work surface, lay your chosen filling on one half of the tortilla leaving a 3cm gap around the edge.
把玉米饼放在一个干净的工作面上,把馅料放在一半的玉米饼上,边缘留下3厘米的空隙。
Fold the bottom end of the tortilla nearest to you up and over the filling and tuck the edge tightly under the filling.

Fold over the sides and start to roll the Burrito forwards.
两侧折叠,开始向前卷。
Continue rolling forwards, folding in the sides once again.

Roll all the way up until you reach the end and place back in the pan to seal.
