and as you know we're all about quick easy nutritious and delicious food.

and today we're gonna be making the banana curry.
今天我们要做的呢,就是咖喱香蕉。
it's so low in calories, it's just banana, herbs, spices and a bit of oil.
这道菜的热量非常低,食材只有香蕉、香草、香料和一点点油。
you can have it as a side, you can have it as a snack.
大家可以当小菜,也可以当零食。
it's just versatile.it's so fresh and zesty.
用处可谓大大的有。而且超级新鲜,超级美味。
Alright, so we're gonna heat a pan.
好吧,我们先热一个锅。
we're gonna whack some oil, we're gonna use some toasted sesame seed oil, it's got nice asian flavours.
倒点儿油,我们今天选用的是芝麻油,这种油有着非常浓郁的亚洲风味。
from there we're gonna add in our cumin seeds.
接下来我们放点儿小茴香籽。
whilst that's going on, we're gonna chop up some spring onions.
炒茴香籽的时候,我们来切两颗葱。
once the cumin seeds are ready, we're gonna chuck in those spring onions.
等茴香籽炒热了之后,我们就把切好的葱段放进去。
let them get a little bit warm.
让它们先炒一小会儿炒热。
Whilst that's heating up, we're gonna chop up our bananas.
炒的时候我们顺便切一下香蕉。
we're gonna have about two bananas.
我们放两个香蕉左右。
want them on a little bit of the greener side.
香蕉选那种带点儿绿的还没有完全熟透的。
just so they're not gonna really break down and go to mush when you're cooking them.
这样下锅之后才不会炒烂。
gonna add those in, give it a few more minutes.
把香蕉放进去,再炒几分钟。
then you wanna add in some coriander powder and some turmeric powder. ok, about half a teaspoon each.
接下来放入适量香菜粉和姜黄粉,每个差不多半勺。
and then after that we're gonna get a lime, cut it in half, squeeze half the lime over.
接下里我们准备一个酸橙,切成两半,挤半个的汁儿进去。
then chop up some fresh coriander, then give about a handful over that.
然后切碎一些新鲜的香菜,然后给出一些。
cook it for another minute or so, done.
再煮一分钟左右,这就做好啦。
and that's it guys, that easy, that simple, and that nutritious.

and honestly, that delicious.
