This week we hear from Eric Reich. He was a child refugee who fled from Nazi Germany: unaccompanied.
At the age of four or five, if you don't have somebody who loves you, you're in trouble.
Now Reich is leading a campaign for Britain to take in thousands of unaccompanied Syrian refugee children from across Europe.
They are unaccompanied children, the same as we were.
Unaccompanied means without another person, or alone.
Sometimes families are separated when fleeing war in their countries.
That separation can result in young refugees becoming unaccompanied children, like those Eric Reich wants to help.
