Not true in the east, if you go into the eastern area that's a grow zone, but central and western New York

you can see these areas just plummeting population

Very very rapidly, it's so not just in the cities, it's a lot of these rural areas as well

It has to do with the climate, it has to do with decay of sort of the economic structures of these areas as well

The pattern that we saw in California 30-40 years ago hasn't changed here
