You know so I've been in a lot of conversations lately and people are like, heck yeah Gary you're right.

The fulfillment of being happy and going to work and doing what you love is so great.

You know it's been very common wisdom or it's been brought up quite a bit and kind of confirmed that

you know that people that leave high-paying jobs should go do what they love
人们就应该辞掉高新工作去做自己向往的事情，
and they'll live a more fulfilling life but what people don't talk about at all,

I rarely hear people talk about this is something I believe immensely

and something that I want to push people to start thinking about especially in this economic downturn.

I actually fundamentally believe that if you end up leaving a corporate job or working for the man
我是认为如果你辞掉了一份高薪工作，或是不再为某人打工，
or doing something that you hate and start doing something that you love
或是放弃了你讨厌的工作，而是去从事一些你喜欢的，
and at a much lower cost at the beginning whether it's you're working a nine-to-five job
但薪水不是很高，不管你是选择一份朝九晚五的工作，
and doing it at night or you can do it and monetize it but you're not making as much money as you used to as a lawyer or a doctor
或是需要晚上工作，薪水当然没有你当律师或是医生高，
that you'll end up making so much more money too. You know that's the thing Mott, Maddy.
但你要相信到最后，你会挣更多的钱，莫特，马迪事实就是如此。
You know people like yeah do it, awesome Gary you're right.
人们会说就这么做，太棒了，加里你说的一点都没错。
I'm pumped who cares about the cash. I'm in a little awesome life. Yeah and you're gonna make more money.
我现在心潮澎湃，谁会在乎挣多少钱，我现在的生活特别好，我想说你的钱也一分不会少。
It might not happen right away but you have to understand, when you love it
虽然它不会马上到来，但你要明白的是，当你喜欢做这件事情的时候，
when it comes out of your face, when it pours out of your body, when you love it, breathe it, live it every second,
你脸上显露出的快乐，你身体散发的能量，你的每时每秒都在证明这一点，
you build bigger things. You put more into it. You don't just work 9:00 to 5:00.

You don't just live for your vacations or your weekends. You work every second, every moment,
你也不是在为假期或是周末活着，因为你无时无刻都很充实，
and you know what happens when you work and you work hard
你知道如果你努力工作，你会最终得到什么，
and oh by the way you like it, so you're working smart and you know it cause it's your hobby or your passion, you crush it.
也因为是你喜欢的工作，所以你会更加得心应手，因为这些是你喜欢干的事情，你就会干得很好。
So，yeah you can leave and make less money，but ultimately gonna make more,
所以你可以辞掉工作，虽然挣钱不多但从长远讲，你还会得到许多，
so you can be happy and make more money. That sounds good to me.
既能满足你的幸福感，又能挣大钱，听起来挺适合我的。
