Asakusa is really traditional, it's a very cultural place
浅草是一个传统气息很浓厚，很有文化氛围的地方
also it's a great place just have a walk around and to try street food
这里也是一个四处逛逛，品尝街头小吃的好地方
so today I'm going to see how much street food I can get with thousand-yen
所以，今天我想知道1000日元能买到多少街头小吃
why don't we go inside, the Nakamise Doli, which is one of the most popular streets here, and try the street food
我们何不进去里面的仲见世街，浅草最有名的街道，尝尝那里的小吃呢
we're here in front of the Nakamise Doli

which is a main street that leads you to the Temple Sensoji
这是通往浅草寺的一条大路
This one if you just walk down you'll see a lot of street food
这条路你要是走下去的话，会发现有很多街头小吃
and you can buy the ones you like
想吃什么大家都可以买
however I want to show you guys some of the other Street food as well apart from the main ones on the street
然而，除了这条街一些主打的小吃外，我还想给大家介绍一些别的小吃
in this video I will be showing you three areas in Asakusa where you can buy street food
本期视频，我将给大家介绍在浅草买街头小吃的三个地方
but first let's start it off with the Nakamise Dori
但首先，我们还是从仲见世街开始吧
Nakamise Dori is around 250 meters long and has over 50 shops on the street
仲见世街长约250米，聚集了50多家店铺
when you walk through here

you will see many food stores offering all different kinds of street food

from sweets to savory
甜的咸的，各种口味的都有
there are just so many shops and food to choose from

So the best thing to do is just get whichever one catches your eye
所以，最好的办法就是吃那些吸引你目光的
and I'm pretty sure nothing will go wrong with it
我非常肯定，这样是没错的
there are also many goods sold here
这儿卖的东西实在是太多了
so it's a great place to come to buy presents for your friends and family back at home
所以要想给家里的亲戚朋友带点儿礼物回去，来这儿买就对了
it's great to come for like some last minute souvenir shopping
临行前最后一分钟采购的话来这儿再好不过了
also like near the end of the street it's the perfect place to take a photo of Skytree
而且，快到街尾的地方也是跟晴空塔合影的好地方
I gotta go I gotta go buy my I'm gonna go buy things I want to show you guys
我得走了，我得去买我的，我得去买我今天要给你们看的东西了
so this is the first shop I've come to on the main street of the Nakamisedori
这个是我来仲见世街之后来的第一家店
and at the very very end near the temple, a lot of people miss it out
这家店差不多在街尾了，被很多人错过了
because you know they get full from eating all the foods on the start
因为你懂的，大家一开始就已经吃的饱饱的了
why I like this shop or why I recommend this shop among the others
我之所以喜欢这家店，或者说我为什么要把这家店推荐给大家
is because it's got really really unique “Age-manju”, the deep fried steam bun like that.
是因为他们家有非常特别的炸馒头，就是那种炸馒头
and they put a lot of interesting flavors inside
而且他们在里面搁的馅儿也很特别
normally it's just the red bean
通常这种馒头都是红豆馅儿的
however this one they have like really interesting flavors,
但是这家店有特别好玩儿的一些口味
like pumpkin, sweet potato, green tea and they've also got like cherry blossom
比如南瓜馅儿，甘薯馅儿，绿茶馅儿，他们还有樱花馅儿的
cherry blossom Age-manju which I've never heard of
樱花馅儿的炸馒头，我还从来没有听说过
I gotta Monja Age-monju
我买了个文字烧炸馒头
and basically this is what monja is
文字烧基本上就是这个样子的
it's a very Tokyo food
这是一种典型的东京美食
it's actually like a common Monjayaki
其实跟一般的文字烧差不多
but a more stickier kind of version
只不过吃起来更脆一些
and they've incorporated that into an age-monju
他们竟然把文字烧和炸馒头结合起来了
which is a really interesting flavor
味道真的很有趣
uhmm, it's really crispy! really good
嗯，真的很脆，好好吃
as soon as you take your first bite, you get a punch of really Monjayaki flavor
一口咬下去，全是文字烧的味道
so now we're gonna get off the main street and come into this street here
现在我们从主街出来走到这条街上了
The man just gave us some recommendations, so go check out our local's
那个人刚刚给了我一些推荐，现在我们就去看看当地人喜欢的店怎么样吧
this was 200 yen quite a good prize
这个才200日元，真心便宜
actually all the food in Asakusa isn't that expensive
实际上浅草的东西都不是很贵
The street food it's all around a hundred two hundred yen
这条街上的小吃差不多都在100到200日元之间

in Japan, yeah, not many people eat while walking
在日本的话，是的，边走边吃的人并不是很多
so they normally have like a little space beside the shop
一般小吃店的旁边会有这样的一个地方
where you can go to eat your food
你可以在那里吃东西
hmm, it's really juicy
嗯，汁儿很多
the meat has a lot of flavor and onions inside
肉的口感很丰富，里面有洋葱
so it smells really good
闻着好香啊
and they just freshly deep-fried it
因为是刚刚才炸的
so it's really warm and hot as well
所以真的是暖和，很烫
