Yeah, so this is actually what we call a "social apartment"

no, actually when I come here people say hi and hello

they don't speak Japanese with me anymore here

so there is actually a lot of people who speak English
所以，其实在这儿说英语的人很多
and a lot of people who actually move into social apartments and these kinds of places
其实，很多搬进这种社交公寓或这种地方的人
they're looking to learn English and use English
都会为了学习英语和使用英语搬来的
so if you don't speak Japanese it's OK! :)

it's perfectly fine, this is the place to learn

this is the perfect size for like pasta, rice

a lot of people tend to be very busy with their lives, their jobs

so it's nice to have that taken care of

and we find that when you take out the issues of who's going to clean

then people start to focus on the fun parts of living with each other

when me and my room mate fight, it's always about cleaning
