So you can talk about how you have talent versus experience, and how well you know I may not know it

maybe you have the same underlining process different task, you can talk about how your approach that task

talk about how you've had similar experience or you know maybe you don't actually have direct experience,

you know my last position as an administrative assistant, I had a lot of exposure

to what was going on with the engineers maybe engineers in major

And I got to see what they did and I really understand the challenges that they face

so if you don't have experience you can talk about how you've done things similar

or you have broad exposure and understand their needs
