Do you research throughout what you have that matches up with what they want

But if you have done a good research you probably know exactly what they are looking for

And that would be pretty transparent about that too

They just go to an interview

You are not going to have an advantage

Especially this as you are competing against candidates who are smart

And just think nimbly you absolutely want to have your research

So for example if you were in college if you do a presentation

you don't just go and do it you may be able to do it well if you practice

you will be a lot smoother

you will know what you are doing

Same thing for an interview

How that to craft selling yourself your cards in a way that's really what they are looking for
你如何才能向他们说明你正是他们需要的人呢
but you will not sound a little bit
你听起来和别人不一样
but you are just pitching the job description that to them
直接把职位描述丢给他们
You are not sounding the same that everybody else is but you are still
你听起来和别人不一样但是你还是
but you are also not deviating so much from the job description that you are really not
但是你还是没办法通过职位描述和别人加以区别
I know say you are just not using the same jargon that I...
