- So again you are going to include how you handled the situation state the outcome,

- and then you can even add looking back now with more knowledge and more experience

- you might have done some other things differently

- Also you wanna know, even though as a part of a group

- perhaps part of a group project the employer wants to know what your role was

- So rather than saying we, you wanna talk about yourself, using I

- And then another example of question is tell me about a group project that was difficult

- So even though we are suggesting that you keep the story short
- 虽然我们也建议故事尽量要简短
- it's nice you keep them very specific
- 但是也要尽量讲得具体
- And again, don't forget to include the outcome
- 还有就是不要忘了讲事件的结果
- Including the results and the outcome makes it much more powerful, memorable story
- 一定要讲事件的结果 要把故事讲得有力，而又容易记住
- And this goes even for your weaknesses and areas need improvement
- 这也同样适用于讲你的缺点和需提高的领域

- If the outcome wasn't a good one, you know, the actual outcome
- 如果故事结局不令人满意
- there were lessons that were learnt in everything that now you won't do, because of that

- So that can be used in that kind of question as well

- Here are some more examples of questions that you should prepare for

- Give me an example of when you challenged a policy

- Now perhaps you don't have a specific example

- specific to challenging policy

- but if you don't, you may want to come up with something that's related

- Maybe you wanna talk about a class where there was an issue
- 比如讲某次课上有个问题备受争议
- or an organization that you were in
- 或者你参与的一个组织里的事
- Tell about a time when you had to meet a short deadline
- 举一个你面对短期限的例子
- This question they are asking about
- 他们问这个问题是想知道
- how you are working under stress
- 你面对压力的反应
- So maybe work on a project that had a short deadline or something similar
- 或者你面对短期限项目的反应或者诸如此类的事件
