So what we know about sleep disturbance and race?

There are a lot of conflicting data of that

Here are some more data from BRFSS from the CDC

showing that relative to white adults

so this is male and female

and this is also adjusted for age, sex, race

and a number of social demographic

and socioeconomic variables

If you are...for women

if you are black American or Hispanic Latino or Asian

you will report fewer sleep complaints

White women, if you are multiracial

you will report more

There were very few differences among men

particular Asian reporting less
