According to Fusion.com, the researchers argue in a new study that sitting is not the problem--lack of exercise is.

Richard Pulsford is from the University of Exeter and is lead author of the study.

He said in a press release that the findings suggest reducing sitting time might not be quite as important for mortality risk as previously publicized.
