A huge fire engulfed a 79-story residential skyscraper in Dubai early this morning, one of the tallest residential buildings in the world. The fire broke out on the middle floors of the Marina Torch Tower, during the night.

The latest news is that firefighters have finally managed to extinguish the blaze. No casualties have been reported so far and hundreds of people were evacuated.
