In a cinema during a performance one of the audience gets up, makes his way along the row of seats and goes out into the foyer.A few minutes later he returns and asks the man sitting at the head of the row:

1.get up
get up有起床，起立等很多意思，在这里说一个问题：
get up是一个瞬间动词，也就是说它只是一个很短暂的动作。
如果我们要表达说他已经起床半小时了，怎么说呢？
He has gotten up for half an hour.（错误）
He has been up for half an hour.（正确）
be up就是get up的延续体，也就是说be up是一个延续性动词。

2.make one's way
