5 ways to improve your skin
Sleep Too little leaves your skin looking tired and dull, so don’t stay up any longer than you have to, and give your skin the chance to relax and recharge.
Water Central heating, air conditioning and not drinking enough can make your skin look parched --so make sure you drink the recommended minimum of eight glasses of water a day to hydrate and cleanse your skin from within.
Fresh air Taking a brisk walk on a fine day will not only revive you, it will wake up your skin, too. Don’t bother with make-up so that your skin can breathe --but make sure you moisturise first.
Diet It should be full of the right vitamins, minerals and nutrients--they’re not only good for your body, but will keep your skin looking good, too. And always eat at least five portions of fruit and vegetables a day.
Massage Five minutes, twice a week, of firm but gentle sweeping movements upwards and outwards will boost the circulation and help reduce puffiness, leaving your skin glowing with health.
