1. There is a possible settlement for families of those killed in the Virginia Tech shootings. The state is proposing they receive 100,000 dollars apiece in exchange for not suing the school or the state. Medical and counseling expenses will be covered for relatives of the 32 killed and dozens of survivors.
2.Hillary Clinton says she misspoke when saying she landed under sniper fire during a trip to Bosnia as first lady. She says the mistake was just a minor blip. The Barack Obama campaign says the statement is a deliberate exaggeration by Clinton.
3. Stowaway baby rattlesnake bit a Virginia high school rowing coach as he was emptying a bag after a trip to South Carolina. The coach is recovering from the bite on his hand.
