1. Former security guard Richard Jewell has died. Jewell was erroneously linked to the 1996 Olympic bombing at Atlanta. He was found dead in his Georgia home. The county coroner says he died from natural causes.

3.The Taliban release most of the 19 South Korean missionaries held hostage in Afghanistan. A deal calls for South Korea to withdraw troops from the country by year's end and not send missionaries to the Muslim country.
