第8单元 温暖满人间
[00:06.16]Tomorrow is a special day. Each year on December 24th, 
明天是个特殊的日子，每年的十二月二十四日，
[00:13.25]our family gathers together the unused blankets and jackets we have in our house.
我们全家会收集家中不用的谈资和外套。
[00:18.32]We then take the pile, put them into our station wagon,

[00:26.10]We also bake cookies and hand them out, too.

[00:29.32]Sometimes my dog, Danny, shares his doggy treats，

[00:33.20]and I pass them out to the dogs that live on the streets with their owners.

[00:37.42]Last year, we met a  woman who lived on the corner of 6th and knight.

[00:58.32]Sometimes, we see the same people year after year.

[01:02.20]This year, I saved my allowance and bought the lady on 6th and Knight a red scarf.

[01:08.49]If I see her tomorrow, I will give it to her. 
如果明天看到她，我就会送给她，
[01:12.09]If I don't see her, I guess I will just give it to someone else who likes red.
